Had JT’s Septic out today for an inspection and possible pumping after five years on the system. I should have had it checked sooner. Coming from city sewer, I didn’t know an effluent filter needs to be cleaned about once a year. Josh and Ian were excellent. They took time to explain the system, answer questions, and flag a possible future issue without overselling it. After the inspection they said I’m good for a few more years and don’t need pumping yet. That kind of honesty matters. They were on time, communicative before the appointment, thorough, and friendly.

    Response from the owner

Appreciate it!! Thank you for your business and trust!

JT’s Septic came out today to check out my 1983 septic system I had concerns about. They did a checked out the actual tank and the leach lines and determined that all was in working order. The two employees did a thorough job and went over my concerns with me and explained everything to me. They even informed me of two potential minor problems I may encounter in the future. Both employees were thoughtful of every aspect of the job they did, such as replacing the dug up dirt and gravel back to as it was originally. The company pricing is very reasonable.

Reviewers describe crews that show up fast when a system is in trouble. Autumn writes that an emergency got help the same day, and Roy says the crew "came out next day" after a backup and found the problem. On inspection calls, Ryan names Josh and Ian for walking him through how his system works and telling him pumping could wait, while Anna describes a second opinion that ended with roots removed and two more years before a pump-out.

Before You Call

A house closing puts a hard date on septic work, and the ADEQ inspection JT's Septic performs for home sales is the appointment to schedule first. One call settles the order of everything else, including whether the tank should be pumped before buyers walk through or the inspection alone will do.
