    After calling around to a few companies with promises of a call back, it began to get tiring. I called Best Flo and happen to get the owner on the phone. Michael took the time to explain his services and give me pricing with no hidden fees. He explained that he would send his technician, Anthony and everything would be explained in detail once the service was completed. Anthony arrived to my home on schedule and was nothing but professional. After he completed draining / treating our cesspool and covering the hole that was dug, Anthony explained what was done.

    Garbage has company they did the wrong work. The guy seemed like he said he was pumping something I didn’t pump nothing out now. My whole house is clogged up and everything cause they didn’t do the proper job.

    Very disappointed with this company. They charge premium prices but don't deliver quality work. The job was incomplete, and the workmanship was far below what was promised. Communication was poor, and getting issues corrected was frustrating. For the amount they charge, I expected professionalism and attention to detail, but I didn't receive either. I would not recommend this company and suggest getting quotes from other contractors before hiring them. They try their best to rip you off.

    Had them come to pump out the cesspool and add chemicals due to my cesspool overflowing worker came automatically tried to sell me a new septic system repeatedly telling us how dangerous our cesspool was telling me It's my original cesspool after I haven't had to pumped it out in 11 years after a month later It filled up again I just called another company they came over and told me my cesspool is not the original cesspool and all it had to do was be aerated and chemicals and I have nothing to worry about didn't try to add extra charges like this company did literally wasted almost 400.00 down the toilet ***Update**** 4 years later no issues at all after it was aerated

    Dear Rich, You’re only working on one cesspool. After so many years they can lose their drainage. We recommend adding an overflow to prevent continuous pumping. We wish you would of called us first. I would of honored a cesspool service at no cost. This is the reason why we recommend adding a new cesspool. P.S.- A Cesspool should be serviced every 2 to 3 years. Not 11 years, it’s part of maintenance. Sorry for you inconveniences. Thank you - yours truly Best Flo.
