Not only was Guy from Flush King very responsive but he took the time to explain everything he was doing and what was going on with my cesspool, main line, etc. He is extremely kind, thorough and will absolutely do the best job. I’ll be calling no one other than flush king!

Just had Flush King out. They were terrific. It ends up that I was taken the last 2 times by citywide cesspool. They had just put a hole and a pipe into my cesspool and sucked out liquid. Flushing found the actual cover and removed it and worked at getting all the stuff out. They were very good about everything to even putting all the dirt back neat and reasonably priced.

Professional, Responsive,Courteous, knowledgeable . I contacted Flush King for an emergency visit due to a back up of toilet waste in February. They were very busy at that time but when I explained that my elderly mother could only access that one bathroom and it wasn't functioning Joe fit us in and was here within an hour. He diagnosed our problem , dug through the icy snow to get to the access pipe, cleared the pipes and solved our issue. Thanks again Joe. I highly recommend Flush King!

Flushking located a cesspool no other company could find. They used camera technology, created a hole thru the cover and pumped it, solving our dilemma. They were professional, friendly and left the worksite perfect! They returned for a new, non-related issue the same day I placed the call to them. Great company. Thank you, Guy and crew. Highly recommend!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Guy, Joe and David are named throughout and several accounts describe work other companies had botched or given up on. Paul describes two previous visits from another firm that had put a hole and a pipe into his cesspool and drawn off liquid, and this crew finding the actual cover and removing it. All thirty ratings sit at four or above, and locating is the recurring skill. Deidre describes a cesspool that several other companies had failed to find, located with a camera and pumped through the cover, and Michael describes being told by others that a collapsed pipe meant tearing up the lawn, where this company cleared years of build-up instead. Emergencies appear too. Maryanne describes a February backup where the company was very busy and still came because her elderly mother needed it urgently.
