    I originally contacted Aloha because of an HVAC water leak. Their technician inspected the system, performed work, leveled the unit, and told me it was okay to continue running the AC. I relied on that professional advice and paid for the service that day because I trusted that the issue had been properly addressed. I want to clarify something important regarding the owner’. Before the unit was leveled, the leak was occurring in a different area of the home, near a recessed light. The bedroom ceiling was NOT the original location of the leak.

    Hi Julio, You hired Aloha on 7/21/26. At that time the technician diagnosed your drain unlevel, and extremely old. Aloha releveled the unit. You were told that you need a new unit due to age and you let us know you are wanting estimates for a new system. You were satisfied with Aloha and paid the invoice the day of service. What you did not mention in this review is that you did not call us back with any issues. 9 days later, when you were contacted about the Zelle payment issue on Aloha's end, you then said you did not think you should have resend the Zelle payment. Duke went out to your home and explained the issue of why your system freezes over, needs to be replaced (having nothing to do with the leveling job that was completed). You told Duke you understand and that if he got a new unit would Aloha be willing to absorb the initial cost of $285? Duke said yes, absolutely! Unfortunately, you never contacted Aloha back, nor returned any of our attempts to reach out to you.

    I’m very disappointed with the way this company has handled the situation involving my sister and brother-in-law. They hired them because they trusted their experience and professional judgment, but the situation ultimately resulted in serious ceiling damage inside their home. The owner personally came out and saw the damage, so they believed the company would follow up and try to work toward a reasonable solution. Instead, they later received an invoice for the prior service that included a warning about possible legal action if the balance was not paid.

    After years of loyal, hassle free business with Aloha, we are thoroughly DISGUSTED by how a recent AC service was handled. Following your service, we suffered severe ceiling damage. The owner inspected the property, but we never received a follow up. We also attempted to pay the service fee that day, but your system was down and couldn't process it. Instead of following up or addressing the damage, you sent a letter threatening legal action over the balance. This has never been about avoiding payment we have always paid you upfront and on time without issue.
