I had an absolutely awesome experience with Xtreme Septic of Pensacola. We had an issue with our septic that surfaced in the morning. They were able to fit us on the schedule that same day. The gentlemen that came out were awesome. They were early, they were fast and efficient. I will absolutely be calling them again for any septic problems.

    Response from the owner

So glad we could help, thank you! 🙏

Amazing experience. I wanted to do a 1 star for the sake of the fact most people only read those, but I won’t because that’s not fair to the company. Anyways.. I called around 10am. Quoted me a price for what I said I needed. Had an opening same day between 2-4p. Asked them to call prior because I’d be leaving work to meet them at the house. Less than an hour & job is done. Drain in this house has never worked so well. We have never hired a plumber before and so many places have bad reviews for the same things, price mostly.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much! 😊 greatly appreciate your 5-star review 😉

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Several customers describe calling with a problem and getting a crew the same day. One had bubbling toilets and tubs on a Saturday afternoon and saw the crew arrive before 5 PM. Of the crew that fixed a septic problem that surfaced in the morning, Thomas said "They were early, they were fast and efficient." The work in these reviews includes cleaning a clogged tank filter, clearing drain line trouble, and filling in the dug-up area afterward. Other customers say the technicians explained what caused the problem and how to keep it from coming back. One homeowner plans to call about replacing a septic system that is near the end of its life.
