Thanks to Bay Co Health Dept. Still lied though. No I don’t recommend. Horrible morals, ethics, left work unfinished for weeks over a mo after replacement part came in & turned into a manchild REFUSED to Give me the septic lid or come back and replace it because after about 5 to 6 weeks of this, I got a little bit anxious with him on the phone when he still told me he would not come for the third time after the part was in. He did not clean up his mess initially when he came to begin with. There is filth that is an old pump sitting in my hole.

These people are awesome! Came out within a couple hours of calling and got right to work pumping our tank. Didn't try to add a bunch of fees or anything, just the original charge, which was refreshing. Also, when I went to pay with my card, the lady helped me use my bank account so I wouldn't have to pay the fee for using debit/credit. Totally recommend and will use again in the future if I have a need!

I wasn't able to use Superior for an urgent need that I had because he was out of town, but he took the time to offer help and answer questions even knowing that I would not be able to use him this time. That tells me a lot about how he runs his company, and has earned my business in the future. Thank you for your help and I will absolutely call you and recommend you to others.

Outstanding service and customer care! After talking to a bunch of locals and listening to their recommendation, I called Superior Septic and to my surprise someone answered. John was more than willing to work with me and my late request to have a septic inspection done. Instead of a negative response, he found a way to yes. Do yourself a favor and call Superior for all your Septic/Sewer needs. -- Bay area Home Buyer

Before You Call

Buying or selling a house on a septic system often calls for a tank inspection tied to the transaction. Superior Septic & Sewer performs tank inspections for real estate transactions, so that step can stay with the same crew that pumps and maintains the tank. One question worth asking on the phone is how quickly an inspection can be scheduled against a closing date.
