I have VERY limited options for septic service providers at my location. I call winnebago liquid waste almost every year to see if they’ll service my holding tank and they refuse every time with no explanation why. The first time I called them, the first thing I asked was if they were accepting new clients and they said yes. I gave them my address, lady put me on hold, then came back on and said actually we aren’t accepting new clients. Have called a couple times since, just to check and it’s the same every time.

Wow, great company. Called Jeff this morning about my tanks being full, house was backing up. Tanks were supposedly pumped this week by another company, not sure what happened. I called at 9:15 am and they were emptied by 10:45 am. We have holding tanks, so I am moving my pumping needs to them. Beyond impressed!

Jeff was a fantastic guy to work with and was able to not only service my septic tank but also troubleshoot and find the exact cause of a major drain issue I had from the house to the septic tank (collapsed cast iron pipe). Will never use anyone else going forward while I own this home!

After getting the run around with Hyler, Winnebago came out on schedule the very next day. They actual called me when they were on their way, helped me find another septic cover I didn't know about and all for almost the same price. They don't have credit card or phone payment fees either.
