What fantastic customer service. They say what they will do and then always follow through. The service contracts are excellent with all the choices and technicians are always neat and professional every time they are out. Best service anywhere

White Eagle was asked to fix an aerator pump and a sprinkler system for our septic. The aerator pipe was installed broken and the floats were left disconnected/broken leading to a high water situation that didn't trip the alarm resulting in $1000 of work and a septic backup into the yard. They won't stand behind their previous work without charging more money. I highly recommend going with anyone else for any of the services they provide.

This company is very reactive to any issues, Joseph came out today and took care of my issue with prompt service. He explained what he did and even gave advice on another issue. He is a great employee and represents your company with proffesionalism and courtesy, thank you Joseph!

Response from the owner

Thank you so much for your review! Joseph is a great asset to our team here!

Their technician Dallas was great today. Polite, friendly, and solved an issue the previous company couldn't figure out.
