  1. Robert S.

    August 2026

Stumbled on shark septic, and I'm very glad we did. Their process was personalized and informative from the very beginning, with very little pressure. Eric came out within 24 hours of us reaching out to view the site and walk us through the process - he came out again for me on short notice before we had signed to answer a couple questions regarding access to the site. I never had to manage anything, even when there were some complications with the permitting process. They even ran some underground electrical conduit for me as they were digging and never seemed put out.

    Response from the owner

Robert , we truly appreciate you taking the time to write this. We take our clients very seriously and every install is like installing in our back yard. Thankful for your trust in me and my family. It was a pleasure working with you. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or future plans. - Shark

Customers describe septic work that started with a quick response. Robert says Eric came out within 24 hours to view the site, and Angela says the crew came right out to test her system, fixed it and explained what was wrong. Two customers had new systems installed. Amy's job included crushing the old tank and ran through several rain delays, and she says the crew kept her updated. Robert calls the install fast and says the crew was "very respectful of my property" during and after the work. Explaining things comes up in several accounts. Lily, a realtor, says the staff explained everything clearly during an inspection.
