  1. Samuel S.

    September 2026

Awful customer service won’t return calls, absurd price increases with no notice, damaged property and did not notify us and had to withhold payment because they couldn’t take 5 minutes and return a call for 6 weeks. Didn’t notify any customers that the name and billing had changed. Missed scheduled pumps. Showed up during service hours which is unacceptable as everything in the building now smells like raw sewage. Def firing this company asap. Anyone else thinking of doing business with these guys, just don’t.

    Response from the owner

Hi Samuel, we’re sorry to hear about this experience. We take concerns like these seriously; however, we have been unable to locate a customer by your name in our system for this location/state. We’d like the opportunity to better understand what happened and confirm whether this service was associated with Wind River Environmental. Please contact our team at marketing@wrenvironmental.com with any additional details so we can look into this further. Thank you.
