It was our first time getting our septic pumped and Kregg didn’t mind that I looked over his shoulder because I love to learn. He took the time to explain everything. Will definitely use again and recommend. Before & after pictures were sent with the invoice. Very professional.

    Response from the owner

Julie, thank you so much for the kind words! Kregg loves working with customers who want to understand the process and he's happy to explain every step along the way. So glad the before & after photos were helpful too. We appreciate you trusting us with your first pumping. Thanks for the recommendation!

I was so impressed with the service I received from Kregg, the owner and operator of A1 Appalachian septic pumping. He not only explained what he was doing when I seemed curious, but he also gave tips on how to access and clean the filters and how to make the process even more seamless in the future. He took his time to make sure everything was working correctly and cleaned up. He even lent a hand with putting some of the soil back in place, totally unprompted.. There is no doubt in my mind that he and his employees will be servicing my septic system as long as I have one.

    Response from the owner

Hi Julie, thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with our team! Glad to hear that those filter tips will come in handy and that Kregg got everything cleaned up - soil included! We appreciate you trusting us with your septic system, and we are here whenever you need us again.

I called Appalachian Pumping in a small panic after finding water coming up through my basement floor, and I can't say enough good things about how they handled it. They were kind and responsive and had someone out the next morning. It turned into a five-hour job and they stayed and did it right, my system is in better shape now than before it broke. They also took the time to teach me how the whole thing actually works, which I did not expect and really appreciated. Kind, professional, thorough. Could not recommend them more and am BEYOND thankful!!

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience, and so sorry you had that basement scare in the first place! We're glad we could get someone out to you quickly and make sure the job was done right. And great PSA! It makes a real difference in avoiding unexpected surprises with your septic system. Thanks again for the kind words, and don't hesitate to reach out anytime!
