Very professional operation. Excellent communication both with the office and service people. Highly recommend!

Response from the owner

Tiffany, thank you for this. Professional and easy to communicate with, from the office to the crew in the field, is exactly the kind of operation we work hard to run every day. We're glad that came through for you, and we're here for you the next time something comes up. The Top Tier Team

Need my water tested and well pump check. Rick was great he explained how false positive test can happen. Check with well and found a second filter I didn't know about. Got my result back and they were negative. Very easy people to work with. Thanks for the great service

Response from the owner

Tom, thank you for this. Water test results can be confusing, and Rick would rather take the extra minute to explain than leave you wondering. Finding that second filter you did not know about is the kind of thing that turns up when someone looks at the whole well system instead of just the one part they came out for. Glad your results came back negative. Whenever the well or the water needs another look, we are ready. The Top Tier Team

TopTier has helped me a few times and have always done a professional job

Response from the owner

Vinny, thank you for this. A few times over now, and you keep calling us back, which is the part we do not take lightly. Showing up when we say we will and doing the work right is what earns a repeat call, and we work to hold up our end every single time. We are glad we could help, and we will be ready whenever the next thing comes up. The Top Tier Team

Rick did an amazing job, I highly recommend working with Top Tier!

Response from the owner

Thank you for the kind words. Rick will be glad to see his name in this, and we will pass it along to him. A recommendation carries real weight with us, because most of our work comes from one neighbor telling another who to call. We are glad Rick took good care of you, and we would be happy to be your first call next time. The Top Tier Team

The plumber was very helpful. Upfront about the afterhour fees. And very courteous. He was out having dinner with his family and came over right after they finished. Would not have been urgent but we had a house FULL of kids that night and only 1 working bathroom. Thank you for you help.

Response from the owner

Cindy, thank you for this. Knowing the cost up front matters just as much on an after hours call as it does at nine in the morning, and we are glad you got a straight answer before any work started. A full house of kids and one working bathroom is not a wait until morning situation, so heading over that evening was the right call. Courteous, clear, and there when you need us, that is the Top Tier standard. Call us anytime. The Top Tier Team
