Called to get a quote of how much it would cost to do the county maintenance check and the lady said "starting at $200, because they have to pump it" Im like ok???... $200 up to what? trying to get an actual number before I commit to this company and she laughs and says "I don't know... $300/$400?" I said based on what? And she rambles off a couple things but doesnt actually listen when I try to explain my septic system. Seriously? Is this the first time this company has had this call before? You can't give any more information than I don't know? or actually listen to the customer?

Horrible customer service. The owner talks to people extremely unprofessionally. Would never recommend to anyone.

Toombs has never left us high and dry. Always shows up in a timely manner. Police and friendly also.

Reached out to them because I had heard great things. Asked what the cost was amd estimated availability. Received an email back thay stated "minimum $225.00" and litterally nothing else. Responded asking for a general price range and their availability and got zero response. Person (Nancy Toombs was the email address my very curt origional response came from) working customer service clearly isn't in to communicating professionally with customers. If its this big of a hassle to just try and get any information from them im counting myself lucky I found out early in the process.
