    EDIT/UPDATE: I wanted to update this review because I think it’s only fair to acknowledge how the company responded after my experience. Almost immediately after posting, I received three separate calls. One was from who I believe was the owner, who personally called to ask more about what had happened and hear my concerns. I then received a call from scheduling with an arrival window, followed by another call narrowing that timeframe down even further.

    This company preys on people in an emergency. If your AC or power is out, you just want it fixed quickly and aren’t going to shop around for better prices, you’ll just use the first company that shows up on Google. AKA Thompson and Thompson. Thompson and Thompson tried to fix my heater this winter and had to come back about 3 times to finish the job completely. Parts of the heater kept magically breaking in front of the tech’s eyes, which sounds incredibly suspicious… and they added on charges every time they came out. I recently tried to get a quote for some electrical work.
