Great service. Friendly and knowledgeable techs came out and went to work. Good fast service at a fair price. I would recommend if asked.

Huggins to the rescue! Toni sent Bubba and Kendall to pump our coffee shop grease trap and they could not have been nicer and more professional. We appreciate the thorough job and the info to keep us 'well-oiled' for future. Thank y'all!! Jenna :)

Ummm, not great. We had them come out to pump the septic tank that was backing up. Apparently, they bought out the old Coastal Sanitation of days back. They pumped the tank just over half way and stopped and when I asked why the "kid" told m that they never pump then all the way or dry leaving a good bit behind. After just over a month, same issues returned. After speaking with several other companies I was informed that you always pump the tank dry.

We tried for over a week to get this company to come out. They were extremely difficult to reach, promises were made that they'd come out. After 2 no shows, we went with a different company. Don't use this company if you need your septic tank pumped within a month, because they break appointments and they don't call you to let you know they can't make it. Extremely poor customer service! Save yourself the hassle and contact someone else.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Most homeowners describe prompt service from technicians who arrived the next morning to pump out full septic tanks. Billy reported that the crew "showed up Saturday morning" after a late Friday call to resolve his household backup. One customer, Jim, had a different outcome, reporting that workers pumped his septic tank only partway and left waste behind.
