The Drain Defender in North Hollywood, CA

We called George last Tuesday after our bathroom drain became completely clogged, and he was able to come out that same day. He did a thorough inspection, unclogged the drain, and then used his camera system to show us the extensive damage and erosion in our pipes due to their age. He took the time to explain what was going on and let us know that we would ultimately need to have the pipes replaced. George gave us a very fair and honest quote and came back that Friday to start the work. It ended up being a pretty big job, but George and his team were awesome throughout the entire process.

We had a plumbing emergency on Friday night and two guys came out within an hour of calling! It was the best price we found for an after hours call, and they were really professional and informed about the approach. They solved our issue in a quick, clean, and efficient way. Would definitely hire again.

George and The Drain Defender team came highly recommended by our neighbors, and after today, I finally understand why! These guys are fair, honest, hardworking, and the most professional plumbing team we've ever had do work at our home. They will have our business for as long as they're around, and let me tell you why they deserve yours. After another plumbing company did work (close to $20k of it) on the plumbing for our house, we STILL had issues.

George is simply honest, smart and incredibly helpful during plumbing emergencies. I won’t call anyone but him. Thanks for helping out a neighbor yet again, George. Appreciate it so much.

A few days ago I called and spoke with George. I had a clogged drain in the kitchen. Mario showed up a few hours later and took care of everything for us. We had other issues and questions. He was so patient and never tried to upsell. Told us what we needed to know if we decided to go ahead with more repairs. Another plumber had quoted us astronomical prices, Mario's was 50% less. I used Drain Defender several years ago and was just as happy then as I am now. I intend for them to be my go to guys.
