Great work. The only company that came out that day. Professional, honest, a little pricey for me, but plumbers are important especially ones that you trust. This 1952 home had an electric stove forever. To save money and improve efficiency we got a nice gas stove, but to use it we needed it converted to an existing gas line. They installed a safety valve, verified for leaks and helped me install the stove. A full service company. Rob did a great job

    Response from the owner

Thank you, Bob. We appreciate you noting our same-day response and honest service. We're glad the safety valve installation, leak checks, and stove hookup made the conversion smooth. Your trust means a lot to our team.

Our garbage disposal and kitchen sinks were completely backed up for days, and none of the home fixes I tried worked. I saw good reviews for Fanti and called them this afternoon. The office booked me right away, so happy for a SUNDAY, and Rob called ahead before arriving in about an hour. They asked questions, checked the sink, and snaked the line without trying to upsell me. Rob even used a small camera to show us the clog. We will definitely use them again if something breaks.

    Response from the owner

Thank you, Ariel. We are so glad we could resolve the backup on short notice on a Sunday, that our technician called ahead and used a camera so you could see the clog, and that you felt there was no upsell. We appreciate your kind words and will be ready to help if anything else comes up.

I had a broken pipe it was gushing down below where the pipe was. The FANTI team showed up within 10 minutes of my call. The only tenant here who needed water immediately opted for Rob to show up the next day. Him and 2 others came found the problem, turned off the well and gave me an estimate. They fixed it, I had plastic but we did brass, turned back on the well and I'm happy!

    Response from the owner

Thank you, Johanna. We are happy our team could respond quickly, locate the break, complete the brass repair, and get your water back on. We appreciate you sharing your experience.

My main sewer line was clogged with a huge ball of thick roots at about 47 ft from the house. Rob, the owner of the business, himself came twice. With his experience and superb skill he demolish 100% of the roots using the snake with different cutting attachments. This saved a digging job that would have costed thousands. The charge for the excellent work was more than reasonable. Highly recommended!

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much, Sofia! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re so glad Rob was able to clear the root blockage and get your sewer line flowing again without the need for a costly excavation. Thank you for trusting Fanti Sewer & Drain and for the wonderful recommendation! Fanti Sewer & Drain Team`

I called in about a possible leak and they were ready to make a same day appointment. They took the time to walk me through steps over the phone to confirm whether or not there was a leak and they taught me a lot about plumbing sounds and what they typically indicate. I appreciated how patient and helpful they with me.

    Response from the owner

Thanks Lia for choosing fanti sewer & drain I’m glad our team was able to help you out. Solve your issue in a timely manner. Thank you for your business.
