Jim was amazing, he responded to my call and was on site the same afternoon for emergency service on my septic system. He was a pleasure to work with and really got everything straightened out quickly and professionally. In and out in about two hours, he really saved my butt this week!

Paid to have Ten Eyck come and inspect the septic system at a house we are purchasing. It failed inspection and we were told we needed a whole new system. We asked thrm for a quote to negotiate our purchase and they gave us the run around for almost two full weeks (one person said we had to pay for the engineer to come out tobget a quote, another said they could just give us a ballpark estimate quickly). I finally spoke to the owner, Jim, who said he would send us a "range". After saying that, we were completely ghosted by them. They did not return calls or emails and we never got an estimate.
