We rented a deluxe portable restroom from Stone Industries for the welcome party in mid August we hosted at our house in Bolton Landing before my daughter's wedding. It was exactly what we needed, and honestly nicer than I expected for a backyard event. What stood out most was the scheduling. Wedding week is chaos, and we had deliveries, setup, and people coming and going constantly. Stone Industries dropped off and picked up on our timeline instead of theirs, which took one more thing off a very long list.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for the kind review! We love our customers and we're very happy you had such a positive experience. As a small family-owned company we do our best to give everyone in the greater Lake George - Capital District the service they deserve. We will check the records and be sure to recognize the delivery driver who help you out. Thanks again!

This company is awesome! We have used their services for two parties. Joe delivered the fancy bathroom trailer to us all the way in Connecticut both times. He’s the best! He sets up and shows us how to use the settings. The trailer is immaculate. Fantastic customer service and the people at the office are great, too. Thank you!

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for your continued business and your kind review. We will be sure to pass your comments along to Joe as well. Thank you!

We thought our camper tank wasn’t emptied last winter, but months later they came back out to check and confirmed it had been done. Turns out our sensor was just off. Really appreciate them taking the time to come back and help us figure it out!

    Response from the owner

Thank you Alivia! Glad we were able to help you get things figured out and really appreciate the feedback!
