Last week I was in a bind and Superior Septic came to my aid in what can only be called a superior way. I was a new customer yet Char took care of me with immediate efficiency and goodwill. Driver Sean was dispatched and he arrived in no time. He was surprisingly resourceful, responsive and most importantly, thoroughly kind. I say without exaggeration that if the world were peopled by the likes of him we'd all be living in a peaceful paradise. I cannot say enough about my entire experience with Superior and highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend this septic tank company. They are always busy, but they always make the effort to respond to my text messages and phone calls. They go out of their way to help with all of my concerns and problems, including urgent issues like a backed-up system. Their communication, reliability, and willingness to help truly set them apart. It’s great to have a company you can count on when you need them most.

This is a dishonest business that will steal your money. I paid $300 to Superior Septic (RM Innovations Inc) for the twice a year maintenance for our septic system. The check was cashed in June 2025 but then they never came out to check our septic system. I contacted them for over a month between July and August 2025 to see when they would complete the maintenance visit. I called and left voicemails, texted and emailed and it took 6 weeks to get a response. Eventually I said I just I needed a refund and finally I heard from Char with Superior Septic.
