I can't say enough about the integrity and willingness to stand behind their work and particularly Aaron Schenk. After instalation there was a leak in the cistern line and because i am seasonal here it only allowed Aaron a small window each year to work on it. how many contractors would stick with it for over 3 years until the leak was resolved! not many. Thanks for your help. your high rating are well deserved!

    Response from the owner

Thank you Kevin for your incredible review! We are happy to hear our technician, Aaron, was dedicated to resolve the cistern leak and provided a 5-star customer service experience. We greatly appreciate your business!

Mt. Septic came to locate and pump septic tank. The excavator operator damaged tile on front porch due to not taking any precautions to protect it while working close by. The damage was immediately reported to Mt.Septic. They made some noise about fixing it but nothing so far and the damage was done more than 2 months ago. Follow up phone calls have had the same result...nothing. Not impressed with how they treat customers.

    Response from the owner

We understand that the timeline for addressing the minor tile damage has not met your expectations. We have made several attempts to contact you by phone to discuss the issue, including having a tile contractor reach out directly. Unfortunately, neither Mountain Septic nor the tile contractor received a return call. We believe we have made reasonable efforts to address and resolve the damage and apologize that the process did not meet your expectations. Please call our office so that we can come to a resolution.

Before You Call

For slow or gurgling drains, a homeowner may need to choose between scheduling pumping and starting with an inspection. One useful phone question is whether sewer-line video scoping fits the symptoms at the property.
