Excellent service and I would highly recommend. Polite and respectful, gave me information on things that I was not aware of to maintaining our septic system. Greatly appreciate the respect that I was given. Call if you need service or have an issue you will not be disappointed.

Our septic tank had never been pumped out in the 36 years since its installation when the house was built. Obviously, we had a lot of solids that needed to be "broken up" in order to be pumped out. Shawn did a good job in working to get the majority pumped out. He also communicated precisely what he was doing and provided additional helpful information.

    Response from the owner

Mike, thanks for taking the time to leave us a honest review. Your business is greatly appreciated and we look forward to being of service in the future. Take Care & Keep Safe! God Bless!

**EDIT Had Shawn out again! All good! :) Called Shawn on Thursday said he would be out Monday. As per our agreement, he text on his way out. Showed up on Monday and did a great job. I watched and he made sure to clean out the tank(s) really well. I will use him again in the future. I really liked his straight up pricing. I called a few places and they had all these “what ifs”. Shawn came out and just did what he said for price he quoted. He was a few bucks more than lowest bid and a good amount less than highest bid (I always get 3 quotes).

    Response from the owner

Appreciate your business Rob! Thanks for the review! Take Care & Be Safe!
