Well...the speed of service was excellent!. JJ was great and very nice and informative. That part of Strickland's service was 5 star! The pricing on the other hand, was very high. I could have saved $300 if I had used the OTHER highly rated company. BUT, that is my own fault for being desperate...they were on site, my pump was already pulled and I thought, SURELY there would not be that much difference!!! Money is tight everywhere! Shop around!

I used Strickland Septic for a septic inspection and repairs so that I could close on a new home within days. It is not very often that a company bends over backward for their customers to make things happen, much less in such a short turn around, but Strickland Septic did. Tessie, Shawn, and their whole crew are amazing and so willing to help with such pleasant attitudes. I will always use Strickland Septic going forward!
