Josh and A.V. came out to replace my hot water heater. They were very helpful and patient in answering all my questions and completed the installation in a timely manner. They were very thorough in making sure everything was connected and completed correctly.

I had a great experience with Strickland Plumbing, especially with their technician, Caleb. He was professional, respectful, and took the time to explain my septic system in a way I could understand. I knew very little about it, but he never made me feel embarrassed or talked down to me. Instead, he helped me learn and made me feel like a person, not just a dollar sign. That kind of service means a lot. The office staff also did an excellent job communicating throughout the process, keeping me informed about when Caleb was on his way and any delays.

Dishonest company. They pushed our appointment time back and said they would waive the after hours fee. They didn’t show up until after 8 and then said it would be $1000 because of after hours! We told them to leave. From reading reviews, this dishonest pricing looks to be a pattern.

They tried to charge us between $900 to $1000 for after hours work! The reason it was after hours was due to them running late from another job. We were told the after hours fee would be waived but once plumber arrived, the story changed.
