It’s unfortunate that I can only give 5 stars!! I really can’t say enough good things about our experience with Mark and his team at Snow Septic Repair. I made a panicked call when our septic appeared to be malfunctioning, and he was out the same day!! He explained the problem thoroughly, gave us a very fair estimate for a replacement, and every step of the way kept us informed. We knew when he would arrive, what was being done each day, even when and if the driveway would be blocked.

I'm very pleased with the work that Mark and Anthony did at my home. They replaced my crumbling old tank with a new one and improved my septic system to give it many more years of life. Mark is easy to work with, kept me informed every day on his planned work and schedule, and made sure everything was in good order before they completed the job. And the price was fair and appropriate for the work that needed to be done. I highly recommend them!

We hired Snow Septic to replace an old tank in a house we were selling so time was of the essence. Mark worked quickly and efficiently to accommodate our timeline and went above and beyond with his work ethic and customer service. Look no further for anything septic related because this company is truly exceptional .
