    I have to give one star to write the rating. I would have given a minus 10. Called and spoke with Craig. He came out on Friday October 3, 2025 to pump my septic tank. When I spoke to him on the phone, I explain to him where my tank was located at. He told the ground was to hard and he could not find it with the steel rod he uses. Ask I I could call a plumber to run a camera to located the septic tank. My wife call them and they located it at the cost of $400.00. Call Mr.Smith back and a voice message.
