About Small Town Drain

From the website of Small Town Drain, read 16 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.

Small Town Drain installs new septic systems, and their site says sewage that backs up into household drains over and over is a serious sign of a failing system. Those two facts form the whole arc of the work: recognize when a system is failing, then put a new one in the ground. For a homeowner watching a drain back up a second time, that pairing is a single path. The backups are the signal to act, and a full installation is the replacement this company offers when the old system is the problem.

Fast response is the thread through several reviews. Shelly writes that Kelly was quick to respond and "had Noah here within an hour and a half," and Kerry describes calling about a problem at her business and getting a same-day visit that had things running again. The jobs behind those reviews run from clogged main lines to sewer pipe scoping on an old multiunit building, with Noah, Travis and Kelly credited by name.
