10B's Septic in CO

The good: showed up the same day we called. Our small old tank was full, we’re glad they did. The not-so-good: Claimed that without a doubt our leech field was “done” and would require a full replacement at $20K. Our tank was definitely FULL but in the end they claimed they pumped 60% more than our tank’s total capacity and that their quoted charge would now be significantly higher. Asked to use our bathroom saying “don’t worry your whole tank’s getting pumped,” then left 6” of effluent in the bottom of the tank because their “truck was full”.

We had a plumbing & septic tank issue this past week. We had the plumbing issue addressed but the plumber suggested that we have the septic tank located & pumped out. We called 10B Septic! They were terrific, very responsive and solved our problems! We would highly recommend them. Prompt, fair pricing and very communicative! Thanks!!! J &D Donnell
