Long read but I have to make sure that I start by giving credit where it’s due. We were having septic backfill issues, and the company was able to come out very quickly. Once they arrived, they realized they didn’t have the proper equipment for the job. They communicated that clearly and arranged to return with the correct tools, which we appreciated. I was out of town during this process, so my wife handled the communication with the crew at our home. From what I understand, once they had the proper equipment, the work itself was completed quickly and efficiently.

Excellent service from an excellent company. I have used them twice, and both times they have gone above and beyond expectations. The owner, Shane, is a consummate professional, and knows how to get the job done quick and, more importantly, done well.

Can't attest to their actual service on site be cause they never showed up. Made an appointment a week out, they didnt show up in the scheduled window. Had to call them to find out why appointment was missed and was told one of their calls ran late. Ok I understand that with this kind of service, they asked to reschedule for the next day, I said ok please make us your first call, they agreed. Rescheduled window came and went, no show, no contact. Tried to contact them and never got a response. Terribly unprofessional business practice.

A husband and wife company run by two dishonest people that take advantage and overcharge thinking that you won’t be aware of what the standard price is for the kind of services they provide. Extremely overpriced and do not recommend. Very unpleasant experience, you can check the Better Business Bureau and you’ll see that they have an F rating.

    Response from the owner

This is not at all accurate. The owner of the home was onsite as was the owner of the company. We provided a price before we went onsite for pumping the tank to which the customer agreed. We then showed them that the seepage pit was full and we explained the service and the pricing before we moved forward. The owner then asked about lids and risers to which we provided a price and installed as well. We also investigated and found the underlying issue and communicated that with the homeowner. All of this completed as an emergency service over the weekend. Once the service was complete they decided that they were not going to pay- told us what price they were going to pay and still left a negative review.
