Went above and beyond. I currently use a warranty company. Sidekick went above and beyond the trouble of getting approved with warranty company. Multiple frustrating calls from the both of us to warranty company. Sidekick hung in there with me. After finally getting approved Sidekick’s communication was spot on I was out of town and I knew when they were at my house, when they left, and when they would return. They gave me pointers on when to do what in the future. I would highly recommend Sidekick. Thank you again for everything

Jason was friendly and very informative on the options that I have to choose from on replacing/repairing my septic system. I am very pleased with the experience and thankful that he was able to get me put on his schedule quickly and while it was cold and pouring snow.

Excellent same day service very informative and took the time to help locate the tank. Clean up well after his self and didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need unlike some other people In the past. This company will be our go to for now on. Thank you again
