I had a great experience with Schodak Septic Service and wanted to give a shoutout to Chris for the outstanding job he did. He showed up right on time, as promised, and got to work immediately, even though it was pouring rain the entire time. Our septic tank hadn’t been emptied in years, and to make things more challenging, it’s located on a slope behind our property. It definitely wasn’t an easy job, but Chris never complained and worked hard to get everything taken care of.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a kind review! We are incredibly proud of Chris for delivering outstanding service, especially given the heavy rain and the challenging weather conditions..Chris take pride in all he does always strives to provide the best, no matter the conditions. We truly appreciate your business, and his stellar work; and we look forward to helping you again whenever you need us in the future..

Noticed our septic backing up yesterday afternoon, called here and they were able to add us on for the day at the last minute, see the issue that caused the backup, and then send someone today to address and fix it. Both guys were super fast, nice, helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend!

Annoying, their hours online say they are open on Saturday and Sunday. I showed up both days with the gates closed/locked. What a waste of time.

    Response from the owner

I'm sorry Google is seriously horrible for hours.. We are seasonal business our weekend hours are only open from May 1st to July 1st I apologize that Google is not much of assistance..

Frank, Cindy and Chris are the best in the business. They always come through when you need them. They always take those little extra steps to make sure they get the job done right. They are always on time and professional. Just down to earth real good people. I am so impressed I scheduled a 2 year appointment in advance. As long as I live here, Schodack Septic Service will be who I recommend and use.
