We had a sewer line in our basement break and we found this business as the only one available to come for an emergency job. Sewer water was pouring out of the broken pipe. When we called they said they would arrive around 3:30 and they arrived right on time. Dave, the plumber, saw the broken pipe and immediately diagnosed that something other than the obvious pipe break was involved. He discovered that our house trap was clogged which caused back pressure in the pipeline causing the break. He immediately repaired the clogged trap and pipe and did a wonderful job.

Mr. Rooter gave us prompt service in replacing a toilet. They responded within a day of contacting them.

Spent 700 bucks with these grifters and two weeks later my pipes are clogged again. No answer when I call. No call back. Awful people. Here’s what $700 gets you in 2025

They did the job but since then have not responded to any phone calls requesting a copy of the receipt. They never answer the phone, and when you call the 800 number to try and get assistance they have no clue how to help except refer you back to the local office. The lack of communication, shows an extreme lack of professionalism. I will likely never use them again.
