My home was built in 1987 and our toilet is original to the home. I knew saving it was a long shot, but our plumber heard my request for a repair and didnt push a replacement on me, instead he took his time (and a few trips to his truck) to make the necessary repair to stop our toilet from running. I experienced amazing service from my first call to the last text message, I would absolutely recommend Royal Flush to anyone in need of plumbing services!

    Response from the owner

Had work scheduled to be done, they no called, no showed inside a 5 hour timeframe of arrival. And when I finally got ahold of them (way after they said they would be there) they told me they could still come out if I needed but they would have to charge me EXTRA because it was getting late???? On something that was their mistake????

    Response from the owner

I am so sorry Tony that you had a bad experience, and I truly apologize. I went through my phone and my Schedule and I can’t find you as a customer. Are you sure you had an appointment with Royal Flush Plumbing Green Bay Wisconsin? We only service Green Bay and the surrounding area areas. Again, I truly apologize for the confusion.

We had a septic emergency, and Royal Flush was on top of it. Andy came out to replace the pump and the check valve. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Fair pricing, knowledgeable, and very helpful from the office to the field. Will definitely be our go-to for now on.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for the five star review! We are thrilled our team fixed your plumbing issue. Please call us again for any plumbing needs! thanks again for choosing Royal Flush Plumbing!
