Professional service and they fixed the sewer drain, but for the price I could have bought my own equipment and just left it in the basement.

We had a backup in the main line with our house and they came within a few hours of me calling. There were extremely transparent with pricing, and because our line was so root bound they gave me the option to extend the time with upfront pricing, which I thought was fair given quotes from others. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great service. Hassle free. Showed up way earlier than the original time estimate. Friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

I had toilet water backing up into the basement. I called Roto-Rooter at 9:45 AM, the truck was here less than an hour later. The guy they sent was very professional and the equipment he used was much more robust than any DIY rentals I had used in the past. He had the lined cleared in less than an hour. They gave me up-front pricing and it was well worth what I paid.

Tony was awesome. No BS snakes out the main drain line and made sure everything was working before he left. Just awesome!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Most of the customers who wrote in describe drain and sewer line trouble. One had a backup in the main line, another had toilet water coming up in the basement, and a third had a line packed with roots. The crews cleared the lines with snaking equipment, and one customer compared it favorably with the DIY rentals used in the past. Speed comes up again and again. John wrote that the truck was there "less than an hour later", and others describe a crew arriving within a few hours or ahead of the estimated time. Bubba said the crew fixed the sewer drain, and Steve and Carol name the technicians who did the work, Tony and Jacob.
