Our 65 foot gutter extension was clogged with roofing nails and debris. Eric and Juan came out promptly and fixed it in no time at all. With all the heavy rain we have had I am so happy to say everything works great now. They are very professional and I would totally recommend them for anything u need done!

My mother called them to fix a broken pipe. They came and “fixed” the pipe. Said they couldn’t turn the water on right away to check the work, and needed to wait a day. My mother paid $875 for the “repair”. The next day the water was turned on by Bobby Easterly. It was still leaking. He told her they would come back and fix it at no extra charge. Then when they came back to repair it again. They tried to charge an additional $1,900 to fix a problem they didn’t get repaired correctly the first time they came out. We refused to pay and the owner (Mike) called my 80 year old mother a liar.

There were several misunderstandings and who said who on this job I think it’s quite interesting that you’re giving me a one star review when we have agreed to just take the original $800 the work we did fixed what we knew we started with we had to come back and do additional work!! And Daughte not having it in writing and your mother‘s age and everything we have wrote the $1900 off! Not because we shouldn’t have been paid it but because we didn’t have it in writing! So thanks for the one star after we fixed your mother‘s water on the coldest day of the year and work two days to do it

What fun and very calming guys. Got here fast, calmed me, down. It was amazingly friendly and kind, and you know, that stuff matters to me. Highly recommend these guys.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THE OWNER Micheal HARRELL WILL CHARGE YOU FOR WORK NOT DONE AND THEN WONT REFUND YOUR MONEY. IVE HAD TO DISPUTE WITH MY BANK OVER 2 JOBS THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO AND QUOTED ME 2500 FOR BOTH. THEY ONLY DID ONE JOB. THEY WERE GONNA INSTALL A 2 WAY CLEAN OUT AS WELL BUT DID NOT. I ONLY JAVE AND HAVE ALWAYS ONE CLEAN OUT, WHITE PVC PIPE RIGHT ABOVE THE GROUND THAT EVERY HOUSE HAS AND IVE HAD IT IN MY YARD NEXT TO MY HOISE SINCE IVE LIVED HERE AND ROTO ROOTER HAS USED THAT CLEAN OUT IN THE PAST YEARS.

This is one of those cases that you’re just going to have to consider the source!! Facts are there was another competitor going to charge you twice as much as we did to do the same work! Also, this has been looked at my Roto-Rooter corporate and found to be spot on. We have spoken with everyone that had anything to do with this and we did exactly what we quoted and tried to explain to you that that white pipe is a two-way cleanout.
