Our visit that day was limited to running water to help identify where the issue was coming from, and we did not perform any drain or plumbing work or make any changes to your system. During the assessment, we found that the existing plumbing was already out of code, which can unfortunately lead to problems like the one you described. Because no work was done, we did not charge for the visit. Still, we never want a homeowner to feel unsupported, and we’d be glad to talk through what we found.
