Can't speak highly enough. Called them at 8.30am on a Monday morning with a backed up septic system, no flushing toilets, no use of showers. The crew were here by 10.30am, the issue was fixed by 11am and they charged less than previous septic pumping. Very grateful for such good service and will be sure to use them from now on.

So friendly, fast service, and incredibly reasonably priced. Will use for all future septic needs!

Phenomenal service start to finish. Called the office to set up an appointment and had a wonderful conversation with the staff member (informative, patient, friendly). Then, the person who came out to pump the septic tank was possibly the best service provider I have ever worked with. He was highly capable, helpful and went above and beyond to help me understand the process and how to maintain my system. I will recommend RJ Laconbe to everyone.

Fast, friendly, and efficient! Arrived on time, found the plug quickly, and was in and out in 30 minutes.
