Phil came to the house within 30 minutes of my initial call to RootBusters. He was polite, clean and professional. He worked on the issue until resolved and answered all my questions. Would be happy to work with Phil and RootBusters again.

I had a very disappointing experience with this plumbing company. I had two water hammer arrestors that were leaking at the T-fittings on two smart toilets. I needed them either reworked or replaced. The plumber arrived more than two hours late, and I actually had to call the company to find out if he was still coming. When he finally arrived, I explained what needed to be done, and before even looking at the toilets, his immediate response was, “I hate smart toilets.” From that point on, he seemed annoyed and uninterested in doing the job.

RootBusters was the second company I had out to look at our sump pump system. The first was a big name franchise. The difference was night and day. I got my questions answered in detail, I trusted what I was being told, and the pricing was transparent and competitive. Highly recommend.
