Robles Septic came out to pump my tanks last month for a reasonable price and told me I needed a new septic box. Quoted me a price 880 for a new one and 440 for a rebuilt then would not come out to install the pump. I called to have the service done and the guy who answered asked for me to text my address and he would come out. I sent my address and he never showed up. I called several times and no one answered. A woman finally answered and she said she wasn't sure who told me they would come out but she would check and have them come back out.

    Response from the owner

Excuse me, I do remember you speaking to me, and I did ask my boss, but he couldn't find the address to see what day they could come and install the compressor. When I tried to call you back, your number got lost among the others, and I couldn't find your number, so I didn't call you again. I apologize. My driver is very honest and has been working cleaning and repairing septic tanks for over 25 years. If he said only the compressor wasn't working, it's because that's what happened. It's possible the second company wasn't honest with you, or that while the compressor was broken, the other parts of the system also broke down.

Ghosted me after scheduling an appointment. Will not use again. Price was cheap but so was the professionalism.

    Response from the owner

Im really sorry I did not get back to you. I did not have a time for arrival after we missed the appointment and did not know what time to tell you.I know I messed up and I should of called you and told you that i did not have a timeframe instead of keeping you waiting.

Very poor service. Paid to have 3 of my tanks cleaned they only cleaned 2. Had them do another job for me and would not respond to my calls after the work was done. Very dissatisfied!

    Response from the owner

Im really sorry to hear that im sure there’s a misunderstanding but if the driver did not clean one of the tanks and you paid them please call me so i can get you your money back for the tank that was not cleaned, and im really sorry we will work on answering the phone better.
