Before You Call
When drains slow down and the yard above the drain field turns spongy, the question is whether the tank is simply full or the field itself is failing. A call to AAA Sanitation can start with a pump-out, and if the trouble returns once the tank is empty, the conversation moves to a new system. Ask how soon a truck can get there and what the crew looks at while the tank is open.
