I asked for a quote, never received it, I called in and spoke with a “Bianna”…the smuggest, rudest person in “customer service” every comment, every answer was a challenge and a conflict. I asked for another email quote since nothing went to spam or junk or inbox and she questioned me with the rudest attitude. I know people have bad days but her attitude was that of someone broken. I finally hung up on her because WHY WOULD I DO BUSINESS WITH SOMEONE LIKE THAT?! HARD PASS ON RIVER SEPTIC!

Was told my tanks were pumped, they charged my Card but the tanks were not emptied. She said the GPS shows the truck was in the area. Well why would I call and lie over $32 . Now I will move my rig to the dump station and do it myself. Wry Poor customer service it was 4 pm when I called and no one was available to make sure I was taken care of.

Response from the owner

This particular customer was serviced days prior to him calling with an issue. When he called, it was at closing time, and all of our technicians were gone for the weekend and we had no one available immediately. We as a rule, never service customers when they’re not present, but after they begged and pleaded our office manager, allowed it to happen. It’s their word against our technicians. The technician is adamant that they were serviced. Not all tank readers are accurate as we run into this issue quite often. Every RV is different and our $32 price only includes emptying of two tanks. This great deal on getting your RV pumped is only available to customers one day a week when we’re in La Paz county Park. There are no callbacks. Our policy has been ongoing and is quite known in the park and at sign up. Again, reiterating why as a rule we only provide services when patron is present. We have no way of knowing if their tanks got filled from some other source and used in the days that went on between service and customers call at 4 PM on a Friday. We offered to go up on Monday to take a look at it, but customer refused. We’ve been servicing tanks at La Paz County Park for over 20 years. We’re quite skilled at what we do. Unfortunately, not all customers can be pleased.
