From what I understand Reeves is under new management. I saw the negative reviews, but decided to go forward with them after talking to Derik (the new owner) on the phone. I couldn’t locate my septic tank and needed it pumped badly. Derik and his team came out twice to help me find it at no extra charge. Their communication was excellent and they genuinely did their best to help, to include coming out on a Sunday morning to get the job done. Derik has earned my business. This level of customer service and professionalism will easily make his company the top in middle Tennessee.

Response from the owner

Dear Scott, Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review. We truly appreciate you giving Reeves Septic Tank Service a chance under our new management. It was our pleasure to assist you in locating your septic tank and ensuring the job was done promptly, even on a Sunday morning. Derik and the entire team are committed to providing excellent communication and genuine care for our customers, and your feedback reaffirms that we are on the right path. We are honored to have earned your trust and business, and we look forward to continuing to serve you and your family with the highest level of professionalism and care. Thanks again for your support and for sharing your experience. Warm regards, The Reeves Septic Tank Service Team

They agreed to a Monday septic pump out, it is now Thursday and still no Reeves. I will never call them again! I should have read the reviews first.

Response from the owner

Hi James, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We understand how frustrating delays can be. According to our records, our team attempted to reach out multiple times before arriving, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response. As part of our company policy, someone must be on-site during service to ensure proper access and communication. Without confirmation, we were unable to proceed. We truly regret the miscommunication and any inconvenience caused. If you’re open to it, we’d appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly and make things right. Please feel free to contact our office at your earliest convenience. Thank you again for your feedback, it helps us improve.
