Ray answered promptly on a Saturday over labor day weekend, called me back within 10 minutes after checking their schedule, and had Tyler and Eddie out here the next afternoon as promised. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions while I learned about the septic system in our new-to-us, 35-year-old house. They replaced a dead sewer lift pump and repaired the broken pvc quickly and efficiently. They verified all was operational and the drain field was ok and left me with maintenance tips for the tank and the tree roots.
