Enjoyed doing business with them again! Very communicative, honest, and got the job done in a timely manner. Super nice folks as well. Would recommend, and we will use them again when the time comes!

Owner showed up with a backhoe was going to dig up the yard to “find the septic tank”. Have had several houses all with septic tanks never have had this experience before. Locate the top dig down with a hand shovel several inches and take the top off and pump it out. Made me pay him $150 before he would leave. Do not recommend him to anyone. When I called the office to explain that they never told me that they were going to dig up the yard to find my septic tank she said I’m sorry that’s the owner.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that our company has always used a backhoe to service systems in this community. When you demanded that our driver hand-shovel to find the tank, we explained that we do not hand-dig due to the physical health and safety of our crew. Because the exact location of the tank was unknown, the machinery was necessary. The charge was a standard dispatch equipment fee. We did our best to accommodate you by rearranging our schedule for your convenience today, and while we apologize for the misunderstanding, we will always prioritize our team's well-being and our standard safety practices. Our receptionist was trying to explain how deep tanks can be in your area and that the owner was there before you hung up on her.

Pumped my septic tank. Nicest people you could meet. Very professional, very polite, on time and charged exactly what they said it would cost.

These guys are amazing. We were almost taken advantage of by another company until I called rainbow septic. We had been out of water for more than a day with an elderly person in the home. They made it a point to get out to my house that day and get the job done. I have always heard good things about rainbow septic and now I know first hand and we will never go anywhere else for septic service. They were very professional, courteous and certainly went out of their way to treat us right.
