I would strongly recommend caution when doing business with this company. They repeatedly failed to pay invoices and eventually backed out of the agreed-upon services after a substantial amount of work had already been performed. I would not recommend doing business with a company that treats other businesses this way.

    Response from the owner

Hey Jake, we are unaware of doing any business with you, what business are you with? We currently have no outstanding invoices with any of our customers so you must have us mistaken with another business.

Answered our phone on two rings the first time we spoke asking for additional information provided that additional information and never heard back. I’ve called goes to voicemail and the mailbox is full. Terrible service. Terrible response would not recommend.

    Response from the owner

Pump Co did an outstanding job cleaning our grease trap. Their team was professional from start to finish. They were punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough in their work. They communicated clearly throughout the process and made everything easy and stress-free. We highly recommend Pump Co to anyone needing reliable and quality grease trap service.

    Response from the owner

Steven was so nice and fast. I had a late night emergency with my work, he not only answered the phone to help at 11:00 PM but came out first thing on a holiday morning to make sure I was able to operate. He was very kind and professional when he was onsite, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Highly recommend

    Response from the owner

Mary, thank you so much for the great review. It was nice meeting you.

Thank you for your quick response. Our restaurant is running great ever since we signed up for your monthly subscription for our grease trap pumping.

    Response from the owner

    Gavin, much appreciated.
