Tom was absolutely phenomenal. I rarely leave reviews but these guys were so professional, clean, prompt and communicated well. I knew when he was coming (within a window) which was confirmed day of with the office, and the work was done quickly and well. He even explained to me ways to keep the water flowing better and walked through the house and gave me quotes on fixing other things that are not immediate needs but definitely should get fixed. We will absolutely be having them back for other plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

On 8/24/26 Prodigy came to my place in Nolensville to clear a clogged toilet. They were on time, professional and friendly. The price was very reasonable, especially compare to other plumbers in the area. I will definitely be using Prodigy again.
