The Owner Jim Baker came out and explained what needed to be done to help get my septic system to stop backing up! Very happy with the service and definitely would recommend to anybody

I had a problem with my septic system on July 3rd of all the bad luck. The septic company I had used in the past had gone out of business. I called various companies with no luck. Then I tried Powts Pros. Jim returned my call within a few minutes and was at my house within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem as a bad float and fixed it right away. He managed to do this without the expense of pumping the system. His price was very reasonable and he was a really nice and honest guy. An unscrupulous person could have taken advantage of my desperate situation so he is clearly honest.

Response from the owner

Thank-you Janet! I'm glad it wasn't a major problem. I appreciate your business.

Jim has been responsive and helpful with our system monitoring and reporting. We have had them under contract since 2010 and their service has been great ever since!
