Really nice and reliable people. I almost got scammed by another company. Luckily my realtor called these guys. They came out for a second opinion the next day. Invited everyone involved to watch them do the inspection. Thy saved me from getting my sewer field replaced unnecessarily. I would highly recommend them!

Spoke to the owner. He explained where to check for a blockage instead of just showing up and charging me. Took minutes to fix and cost him the job. That's real integrity. Would recommend.

I’m really happy I called Pierson. Every person I was in contact with seemed knowledgeable and genuine. They came out to pump less than 2 hours after my first call about my flooding system and had the system fixed a few days later. I got the distinct feeling that their priority was to do good work. I feel confident that I won’t have any issues with my system for a long time.

Great company to deal with. Will never use another Septic service again. Friendly, punctual, easy to deal with. Provided a complete inspection of the house and diagnosed the problem

Reviewers describe Pierson Environmental Services as a company that diagnoses before it sells. Kerri called them for "a second opinion" on a drain field replacement, and says the crew invited everyone involved to watch the inspection and saved the homeowner from replacing the field unnecessarily. Another customer says the owner explained over the phone where to check for a blockage. Speed and routine work come up too. Merete reports a crew pumping less than 2 hours after the first call about a flooding system, with the repair finished a few days later. Nancy had a system cleaned without a long wait for an appointment, and one customer has used the company for annual cleanouts at home and at a shop for at least 5 years.
