Eldredge Septic (and Chad, who was our rep) are great. Chad was extremely knowledgeable and helpful of the proposed work and thoroughly explained the services, costs, and pros/cons of the scope of work and design. The pricing was reasonable compared to others.

Thank you for the wonderful feedback. We’re glad Chad was able to walk you through the options, explain everything clearly, and help make the pricing feel fair. We appreciate you choosing Eldredge Septic and taking the time to share your experience.

Jose was very knowledgeable and as first time homeowners they answered all of our questions before having our septic line replaced. When I was inquiring to friends about the work we needed done I was told Eldredge is an ethical and honest company to work with which made us feel even more confident in our decision to go with them. Great experience.

I’ve been using Eldredge for years and they have always done a great job. The technician always reports concerns and offers good advice. I like that they send a reminder text to schedule an appointment.
