How dare you people leave a home of 5 in this winter mess! You got the job to come pump the tank and you also got the job to put on a new lid for easy access for cleanout! But you left without making sure there was no blockage in the drain to the tank. Y'all have really pissed me off about this. This house of 5 now have a clean septic tank with raw sewage in the showers and sinks. You'll never have my recommendation again and I intend on destroying you for it! Yall are disguising. UPDATE! Well i did review a call from this company.
